Two queen beds, and the room most groups end up in

The resort's Stay page lists "Traditional 2 Queen Beds" as one of four room types, with a short video and no text. By its name, the room has two queen beds. It shares the hotel-wide amenity list with the king room: desk, air conditioning, bathtub and shower, hair dryer, cable TV with pay-per-view, in-room movies, high-speed internet and complimentary Wi-Fi, telephone, radio, alarm clock, microwave, mini fridge and a Keurig coffee maker.

The names on travel sites

Trip.com lists two room types that sound like variants of this one: "Executive 2 Queen" and "2 Queens City View High Floor". The resort does not use either name and does not publish views at all, so treat "city view" as the agency's description, not the hotel's. If a high floor matters, say so in your request.

Who this room suits

Four friends going to a concert in The Venue, where all shows are 18+. Parents with children on a hockey weekend: since 29 July 2024 minors may use the hotel's non-gaming areas — the rinks, the restaurants and community events in The Venue — as long as an adult is with them, and the Twin Rinks run public ice and youth programmes. The Kitchen has a kids menu, and so does Tap 25.

Things to raise with the desk

• How many people the room takes. The resort does not publish an occupancy limit.
• Whether a rollaway can be added for a fifth person.
• For hockey teams: the group rate starts at a block of 10 rooms, per the meetings page.
• A room away from the casino entrance if you are travelling with children.

A note on the morning

Weekend breakfast at The Kitchen is a buffet on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 2 pm; Tap 25 serves breakfast from 5 am. The Lobby Coffee Bar opens at 6 am every day.
