Hotel ratings are useful when you know where they came from and when. Here is what we could read for River Cree on 29 October 2026, and what we could not.

About the Google figure
Google keeps one card for the whole resort, and on 29 October 2026 that card carried the name of the new restaurant, "Hell's Kitchen @ River Cree Casino", with the resort's address. Its 4.3 out of 5 from 9,003 reviews therefore mixes hotel guests with casino visitors, concert-goers and diners. It tells you how the complex as a whole is received, not how the rooms are.
What guests praise
Trip.com's own summary of its reviews says guests "consistently highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff", with examples such as quick towel delivery and early check-ins being accommodated. Individual reviews we read there mention a clean, well-kept building, a couple celebrating a 40th anniversary who were given a small gift bag, and guests who return often.
What guests criticise
The same summary says some guests found noise in the hotel disruptive, particularly at night, and that restaurant food quality and pricing did not always meet expectations. Single reviews mention a pool that shows its age, the main restaurant being closed on the night a guest wanted the prime rib buffet, ongoing renovations, and a wish for secure parking.
The resort's own quotes
River Cree's Stay and Dine pages carry short guest quotes selected by the resort. They are marketing, not a rating, and we do not count them here.
Our reading
A high Trip.com score from a small sample of hotel guests, a solid Google score from thousands of visitors to the whole complex, consistent praise for staff and consistent complaints about noise, fits what the building is: a busy entertainment complex with a hotel attached, in the middle of an expansion. If quiet matters, say so in your request and we will ask the hotel for a room away from the elevators and the works.
