This website
The pages use real headings, labelled form fields, text alternatives for every illustration and a skip link to the main content. Text and background colours were chosen for strong contrast, the layout works from a 360-pixel phone screen upwards and every function, including the request form, works with a keyboard. The Google map on our front page loads only when you press its button. If something does not work for you, write to [email protected] and tell us what you were using.
What the resort publishes
The Venue. Guests who need help entering, being seated or leaving are asked to contact The Venue in advance on 780-930-2562 or at [email protected]. Accessible seating is bought per person through Ticketmaster's "Accessible Request Tickets" or at the River Cree box office, with up to three paid companions seated together in the accessible area. If you have regular seats but need accessible ones, staff in The Venue will help. The VIP balcony is reached only by two flights of stairs; there is no elevator or lift.
Service animals. The casino house rules say no pets or animals are allowed in the casino, but documented service animals are.
Accessible rooms. The resort does not describe accessible rooms on its own pages. Trip.com, a booking site, lists accessible rooms as available. Ask about the exact features before you book: roll-in shower or bath, grab bars, bed height, door widths and the distance to the elevator.
How our desk can help
Put your access needs in the note on the request form. We will ask the hotel the specific questions and pass on the answers in writing.
