The resort's page for the restaurant is headed "Canada's First Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen" and, in its latest version, carries the line "Now Open for Lunch & Dinner!". It does not give an opening date. Trade press does: CDC Gaming reported on 11 September 2026 that the resort would officially launch the restaurant the following Monday — 14 September — and CTV Edmonton covered the opening week.
How it got here
The restaurant was first announced in June 2025 for a 2026 opening. In February 2026 the resort's CEO and general manager, Vik Mahajan, told CFWE radio that River Cree was aiming for July 2026, that the room would seat more than 250 guests, that a year-round patio was part of the build, and that dishes inspired by Enoch Cree Nation would sit on the menu alongside Ramsay's signatures, developed with his team. It opened two months after that target. CDC Gaming counted seven other Hell's Kitchens, all in the United States.
What is on the menu
The resort names two dishes from the television series on its Dine page: Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding. CDC Gaming adds lobster risotto. The restaurant page links four menus — lunch, dinner, a prix fixe and desserts — and describes the food as Ramsay's signature dishes blended with "exclusive local creations". We have not reprinted prices: they are on the resort's menus and they change.
Hours
Lunch is served daily from noon to 2 pm and dinner from 4 to 11 pm. No service is listed between 2 and 4 pm. The dinner window is long enough to eat before a 9 pm show in The Venue, or after an 8 pm one if the set is short.
Planning a dinner with a room
The point of staying over is simple: you do not drive home. Book the table first, then ask our desk for a room for the same night — the coupon below has a note field for the reservation time. If you are combining dinner with a concert, check the show calendar and allow time for the bag search at The Venue's entrance.
Things to know
- The restaurant's address on its page is the resort's: 300 East Lapotac Blvd, Enoch. (The postcode is misprinted there as "T7X 3Y30"; the correct one is T7X 3Y3.)
- Minors are permitted in the resort's restaurants with an adult since July 2024; the casino floor remains 18+.
