The Kitchen and Tap 25: where most guests actually eat

Hell's Kitchen gets the headlines, but a guest who stays two nights will probably eat most meals at The Kitchen or Tap 25. Both are open to families, both publish a kids menu and a show-night menu, and between them they cover breakfast from 5 am.

The Kitchen

The resort calls The Kitchen a family-friendly full-service restaurant and buffet with "western classics", open for dine-in and take-out. It takes reservations and special requests on 780-930-2679 and offers group dining for birthdays and anniversaries. Its hours changed in 2026, so here is the version on the page modified on 22 September 2026:

The menus linked from the page include an all-day menu, a show-night menu, a breakfast buffet menu, a breakfast menu, a kids menu and two buffet themes: Surf & Turf and Prime Rib. The weekend breakfast buffet was advertised at $19.99 on Saturdays and Sundays when we read the resort's promotion page on 29 October 2026 — eggs, an omelette station, a benny station, yogurt and fruit; dine-in only, not on statutory holidays, and described as limited-time.

Tap 25 Sports Bar

Tap 25 sits in the main casino and describes itself as the choice for sports fans, with big screens, draft beer, a Tap Platter, a Tap Loaded Burger and a prime rib dinner. The home page adds that you can watch live hockey from the Twin Rinks. No reservations are taken; walk in.

Which one, when

An early flight: Tap 25, from 5 am. A Saturday with children: the weekend buffet at The Kitchen, then the pool. Friday or Saturday evening with a group: The Kitchen's buffet from 4 pm. A Sunday: note that The Kitchen's full service starts only at 4 pm, while the morning buffet runs until 2 pm.

The resort's Bed & Breakfast Package includes one full breakfast per guest per night at either restaurant, so check which you would rather use before you arrive.
